UniSIM's General Studies Programme offers the course "Elements of Conveyancing Practice" as part of GSP's Continuing Education and Training (CET) outreach. It is aimed at equipping practitioners in the real estate industry with a firm understanding of the workings of Conveyancing practice in Singapore, to enable them to discharge their duties responsibly towards clients.
The course was developed in consultation with the Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies Ltd (SAEA) to obtain the relevant industry inputs in structuring this course for Key Executive Officers and senior salespersons.
Participants who enrol in the course through SAEA earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credit recognition from the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA). CPD fulfillment is mandatory for real estate professionals.
This course is a credit-bearing course. Students who read and pass this course will be awarded 5 academic credit units (CU) which will count to their degree. The course can be taken as a single module, at the end of which the student is awarded a course certificate if he/she passes the course, or a certificate of participation if he/she opts to only audit the course. The credits awarded can be recognized if the student chooses to pursue a degree at SIM University.
