Terms & Conditions
1. Only online registration is accepted, we do not accept phone-in registration.
2. Registration is based on first come, first served basis.
3. Free seating applies.
4. If you do not wish to make payment via the e-payment service, you may make payment personally at the SIM HQ Cashier Counter via Cash, Nets or Credit Card. Alternatively, you may post a cheque to us.
5. For Cheque payment, it should be made payable to 'SIM University' and posted to SIM University, 535A Clementi Road Singapore 599490, Attention: Alumni Relations Department. The full name of graduand, student PI No, mobile number and event title should be clearly indicated on the reverse of the cheque.
6. All payments should be made within 5 working days (from the time when you receive the confirmation email), unless otherwise stated. If payment is not received within the stated period, the reservations will be cancelled.
7. Payment made is not refundable.
8. The Organising Committee reserves the rights to make changes to the event details without prior notice.
