Professor Cham Tao Soon
Chancellor SIM University Chairman SIM University Board of Trustees Special Advisor to SIM Group President Emeritus Nanyang Technological University
 Professor Cham Tao Soon was the Founding President of Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) in 1981 and had relinquished the post in 2002 and is its President (Emeritus). Presently, he is the Chancellor and Chairman of SIM University.
He is the Chairman of NSL Ltd, MFS Technology Ltd, Singapore-China Foundation Ltd, Soup Restaurant Group Ltd, and the Deputy Chairman of Singapore Press Holdings Ltd. He serves as a Director of United Overseas Bank Ltd and Singapore International Foundation Ltd. In addition, he is Chairman of Raffles Institution.
He has been serving as the Chairman of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts since 2003.
He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order by the Singapore Government in 2003. |

 Mr Richard Eu is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Eu Yan Sang International Ltd. After graduating with a law degree from London University, he became a merchant banker before joining Eu Yan Sang in 1989.
Following the company's public listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) in 2000, he was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year 2011 and the CEO of The Year for SGX listed companies with a market capitalisation of under S$300 million at the Singapore Corporate Awards 2010.A past Member of the SIM Governing Council and a former Chairman of SIM, Mr Eu currently sits on UniSIM’s Board of Trustees. Mr Ong Boon Hwee
Managing Director Beyond Horizon Consulting Pte Ltd
 Mr Ong Boon Hwee is the Managing Director of Beyond Horizon Consulting (BHC), a Singapore-based consultancy firm for leadership development and organisational transformation.
Prior to joining BHC, Mr Ong served as the Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Power (SP), overseeing the management and operations of SP's business units, and the corporate services at the Group level. Prior to this, he was Managing Director for Strategic Relations & Projects at Temasek Holdings and concurrently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Temasek Management Services Pte Ltd.

Professor Bernard Tan
Professor of Physics National University of Singapore
 Professor Bernard Tan is a Professor of Physics at the National University of Singapore, where he is also Director of the Centre for Maritime Studies and Chairman of the Centre for Remote Imaging, Sensing and Processing and the Singapore Synchrotron Light Source.
He chairs the national advisory committees for Laboratory Animal Research and Radiation Protection and Nuclear Science. A former Chairman of the National Internet Advisory Committee, he has served on the boards of multiple government bodies.
Professor Tan also sits on the boards of Keppel Telecommunications and Transportation, Cadi Scientific, the Singapore Arts School and National University of Singapore (NUS) Technology Holdings. Past appointments include his membership of the boards of Keppel Corporation Ltd and CSA Holdings, and his chairmanship of Keppel Hitachi Zosen and IMCB Holdings.

Professor Chong Chi Tat

 Professor Chong Chi Tat is University Professor at the Department of Mathematics, National University of Singapore (NUS). He has held positions as Head of the Department of Information Systems and Computer Science, Vice Dean of Science, Deputy Vice Chancellor as well as Provost at the NUS.
He is currently Director of the Institute for Mathematical Sciences and chairs the Management Board of the Asia Research Institute, and is a Member of the Management Board of Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory and Board of Governors of the NUS High School for Mathematics and Science. He also serves on the Technical Advisory Committee of the Casino Regulatory Authority. In addition, he was an Executive Committee Member of the Association for Symbolic Logic (USA) and a Managing Editor of the Journal of Mathematical Logic. Professor Chong is a Fellow of the Singapore National Academy of Science. |

 Professor Leo Tan Wee Hin is a Professor of Biology at the National University of Singapore. He is also Director (Special Projects) in the Faculty of Science. He was previously Executive Director of the Science Centre Singapore, Director of the National Institute of Education and Chairman of the National Parks Board.
Professor Tan is Immediate Past President and Fellow of Singapore National Academy of Science. Mr Ronnie Tay
Chief Executive Officer Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore
 Mr Ronnie Tay was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) on 19 November 2007. IDA has the roles of developing a vibrant information technology and communications industry; master-planning and implementing infocomm capabilities as the Government Chief Information Officer (GCIO); and spearheading the transformation of key economic sectors, Government and society through the innovative use of infocomm, thereby contributing to the economic and social development of Singapore.
Prior to joining IDA, Mr Tay served 25 years in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), during which he held various command and staff positions in the Republic of Singapore Navy. He served as the Chief of Navy from 2003 and 2007 with the rank of Rear-Admiral. He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Gold) (Military) in 2005, and the Long Service Medal (Military) in 2007. |

Mr Ronald Tan Hee Huan
Executive Director Singapore Institute of Management
 Mr Ronald Tan is a Director of the NTUC First Campus Board of which he was an Establishment Committee Member and currently a Member of the Audit Committee. He is also a Member of the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) Remuneration Committee.
Mr Tan was first appointed Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Singapore Institute of Management on 1 April 2001. He had been Senior Vice President and Head of Group Human Resources at the United Overseas Bank Group. Besides having held several senior appointments in the Singapore Government's Administrative Service, Mr Tan had also served as a Combat Engineers Battalion Commander and was the Division Engineer of the Guards' Division during his national service.

 Adjunct Professor Lee Kwok Cheong is Chief Executive Officer of SIM Global Education. Previously, he was Founding Group Chief Executive Officer of NCS Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the SingTel Group.
He received The Public Service Medal in 2010, the Singapore Computer Society's IT Person of the Year Award in 2000, the H.E.A.L.T.H. Leader Excellence Award from the Health Promotion Board in 2004, and the Special Recognition Award given by the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts in 2006.
He has sat on the boards of Singapore Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic and the Institute of Technical Education (ITE). He was a Member of the Committee to Review Upgrading Opportunities at Degree Level and chaired the Policy Study Workgroup on Education and Human Capital Excellence.
Professor Lee now serves on the National Integration Council’s Working Group for Schools, as well as spearheaded the establishment of the Singapore Association for Private Education and is the Founding President. He also sits on the boards of ITE Holding Pte Ltd, Defence Science and Technology Agency, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and Nera Telecommunications Ltd.

Mr Wong Hong Kuan
Chief Executive Singapore Workforce Development Agency
 Mr Wong Hong Kuan was appointed Chief Executive of Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) in June 2011 to lead the agency and drive workforce development in Singapore. He is responsible for spearheading WDA's mission to enhance the employability and competitiveness of everyone in the workforce, from the young to old workers, from the rank- and-file to professionals, managers and executives.
Mr Wong graduated with a First Class Honours in Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University on a Singapore Government Local Merit Scholarship and joined the Singapore Police Force (SPF) in 1995. He was appointed as a Foreign Fellow under the Fulbright Programme in 2003 and graduated from the Harvard Business School with a Master of Business Administration in 2005.
Mr Wong held many appointments within and outside the SPF since he started his career in the public sector 16 years ago. His last appointment was as the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Policy) in the SPF, prior to which, he was Director of Operations in the SPF, Commander of Bedok Police Division and Commander of Police Training Command. He had also served as Assistant Director (Infrastructure & Economy) in the Ministry of Finance.
To date, Mr Wong actively contributes to the community through his involvement with the Board of Singapore Land Authority, Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd, Northlight School (Board of Governors) and SIM University (Board of Trustees). |

Professor Cheong Hee Kiat

 Professor Cheong Hee Kiat is Founding President of SIM University. He joined academia in Nanyang Technological University in 1986, and held various academic and administrative appointments including Dean of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Deputy President.
Professor Cheong has served on the boards of several tertiary education institutions, the Public Utilities Board and Building and Construction Authority (BCA), and public committees. He chairs the BCA Academy Advisory Panel and the Polytechnic Quality Assurance External Review Panel. He has been active in university accreditation and academic audits in Singapore and internationally, and is a Member of the Singapore Engineering Accreditation Board.
Professor Cheong graduated from the University of Adelaide and the Imperial College, London. He is a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Engineers.

Associate Professor Yip Woon Kwong

 Associate Professor Yip Woon Kwong started his career as a civil/structural engineer with the Public Works Department (PWD) of Singapore. His portfolios in PWD included the design and construction supervision of public buildings, vehicular bridges and flyovers. Associate Professor Yip joined the then Nanyang Technological Institute (NTI, subsequently reconstituted as Nanyang Technological University, NTU) in 1982.
His 25-year career in NTI/NTU covers the academic and administrative appointments as course instructor in civil engineering disciplines, Director of the Center for Advanced Construction Studies and Vice-Dean (subsequently re-designated as Associate Chair) of the School of Civil And Environmental Engineering. Associate Professor Yip was appointed as Registrar of SIM University in March 2008. |
